Downtown Loft

Our client came to us needing help with space-planning. She had given up her house and was excited to move in to her previously rented out 1000sf Loft. She was ready to only bring a hand full of her existing furniture pieces which left us plenty of square footage to really be creative.

 

While an open lay-out was important, so was her privacy. She wanted a ‘bedroom’ with lots of storage, without it feeling like a bedroom. With tall SYNTHIA LEICHT cabinets we were able to create a ‘room within a room’, which gave her plenty of storage and even a dressing area.
