Exotic Gardens

Exotic Gardens offers studio and one-bedroom apartments. The challenge was to get all the appliances into a small, single elevation kitchen area. We were able to fit in a range with microwave hood, dishwasher, freezer, and refrigerator.

 

An important, time-saving feature for multi-unit projects is the LEICHT countertop with integrated sink. The countertop and sink are installed the same day as the cabinets, eliminating valuable time typically spent on measuring, manufacturing, and installation. One installer was able to finish 21 units in three weeks.
